In the workshop, as see myself as:

• A guide
• A facilitator
• A “resource person”, sharing my knowledge and know-how.
• The person who plans for the space and material needed
• The person who ensures the security of the participants, the quality of the material, and the smooth running of the activities.

...This is so each person can freely progress on their own journey of expression and creativity, through playing and learning.

The aim for me is not to teach (like a professor telling his students what to do and how to do it, how long they should spend on each task). My job is complementary to what is usually expected in traditional learning institutions.
